Orthokeratology lenses are rigid lenses worn only at night. While you sleep they gently reshape the cornea, so during the day you see clearly without glasses or ordinary contact lenses — at work, at school and at training. In children, orthokeratology lenses also help slow the progression of myopia.
That is how many patients leave with their lenses after the first visit.
In Warsaw we keep almost 500 sets on site. Unusual parameters are ordered from the manufacturer: 2–3 weeks.
We refund the full amount if the lenses do not work out within a month.
The decision on a refund is made by a specialist after a follow-up examination. The examination fee is non-refundable.

How it works
A full eye examination and measurement of the cornea. On this basis a specialist calculates the parameters of the lens.
If suitable lenses are in stock — and that is the case for 80% of patients — you get them the same day. Unusual parameters are ordered from the manufacturer: 2–3 weeks.
The lenses are put in before sleep. Overnight they gently reshape the front surface of the cornea.
In the morning you take the lenses out and see clearly all day, sometimes longer. The full effect comes after 3–5 nights, at the latest after 10.
Safety
The lenses work while your child sleeps. Here are four things worth knowing about those few hours — from evening to morning.
The lenses are approved for use in the United States and in the European Union. They are designed to be worn at night.
Just stop wearing the lenses. After about a month the cornea returns to its original shape.
We fit the lenses on the basis of a thorough eye examination and corneal topography.
Our clinic sees patients from the age of 7. Whether the lenses will be suitable is determined after a thorough examination.
In the morning the lenses go back in their case. And the world around is already sharp.

I would like to thank the Nowy Wzrok clinic. For the second year we have been ordering Paragon CRT orthokeratology lenses from them for our child. Since we live in Belarus, we keep in touch with the clinic by e-mail. Every single message (two years of correspondence) got an answer. The specialist is always reachable and always explains everything. This eye centre treats each of its patients with great care and attention.
This year something unpleasant happened. In the spring I bought lenses for my child again. He wore them every night, as he should, but within a month he complained that the vision in one eye was not sharp enough. We went to our doctor, who has been following us in Belarus for several years and regularly checks the eyes after night lenses. It turned out that one of the lenses had the wrong parameters, although the container showed the parameters we needed. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I started thinking about what to do, and of course I wrote to the clinic. Their reaction was so unexpected and so kind that I cannot put it into words. They reassured me and said they would contact the manufacturer; since the clinic had handed over the lenses in original sealed containers, it was clear that the mistake was the manufacturer’s. But beyond that, without waiting for an answer (there still is none), so that my child would not be left without lenses for long, they offered to reorder a new lens for us themselves and did it completely free of charge.
Once again, thank you very much for your attention and care for your patients. Special thanks to Julia, who works at Nowy Wzrok, was always in touch with me and supported me a great deal in this situation. We received the lens and my child is happy to be able to go without glasses again!!!

Так как мы находимся в Беларуси, связь с данной клиникой мы держим через электронную почту. Абсолютно на все сообщения ( два года переписки) был получен ответ. Специалист всегда на связи, всегда все расскажет и объяснит. Данный глазной центр относится очень трепетно и внимательно к каждому своему клиенту. В этом году случилась не очень приятная ситуация. Я повторно весной приобрела линзы своему ребенку. Он стал их надевать каждую ночь, как и положено, но в течении месяца ребенок жаловался, что четкость зрения одного глаза недостаточная. Мы поехали к своему врачу, который уже несколько лет наблюдает нас в Беларуси, проверяет регулярно глаза после ношения ночных линз. И там обнаружилось, что одна из линз не подходящего нам параметра. Хотя на контейнере параметры были указаны те, которые нам были нужны. То что я была в шоке, ничего не сказать. Я стала думать, что мне делать. Я конечно же написала в клинику. И на сколько неожиданна и приятна мне была их реакция, не передать словами. Они успокоили меня, сказали,что свяжутся с производителем, так как линзы были переданы нам клиникой в оригинальных запакованных контейнерах, было понятно, что ошибка была допущена производителем. Но помимо этого, они не дожидаясь ответа, которого нет до сих пор, для того чтобы ребенок длительно не оставался без линз, они сами предложили нам перезаказать для нас новую линзу и при этом сделали это абсолютно бесплатно. Ещё раз огромное вам спасибо за вашу внимательность и заботу о своих клиентах. Отдельное спасибо девушке Юлии, которая работает в Nowy wzrok и всегда была со мной на связи и очень поддержала меня в данной ситуации. Линзу мы получили и ребенок счастлив от того, что может опять ходить без очков!!!
I would like to express my immense gratitude to the specialists of the New Vision Eye Care Center. For the past five years, we have been traveling to both Warsaw and Kraków several times a year for consultations. We live in Prague (Czech Republic), and although the journey can often be quite difficult, our experience leads us to believe that the specialists of this Center are the best in Central Europe.

We have been patients of the Nowy Wzrok Eye Centre for about 4 years for orthokeratology and are very pleased with the results. We managed to clearly slow the progression of our son’s myopia. This is the third time I am ordering night lenses for my child. You can trust them completely — everything arrives on time and is well packed. I am in Ireland and order by post; there have been no problems with delivery. The lenses are of good quality, and my child wears them without complaints. We will keep ordering.

I ordered orthokeratology (night) lenses for my two sons from Minsk. I wrote to the messenger on the Nowy Wzrok clinic’s website and a Russian-speaking manager answered straight away and quickly advised me on the order times. After payment, the lenses were ordered from the USA exactly within those two weeks, and as soon as they arrived they were sent on by Polish post to Minsk. The right models arrived, well packed.

Заказывал двоим сыновьям ортокералогические линзы (ночные) из Минска. Написал в месенджер на сайте клиники Новы Зрок - сразу ответил русскоговорящий менеджер, быстро проконсультировал по срокам заказа. После оплаты ровненько в эти сроки были заказаны линзы в течение двух недель из USA, после прихода тут же отправлены польской почтой в Минск. Пришли нужные модели, хорошо упакованные.

I ordered Paragon CRT lenses as a custom order from the United States and everything arrived exactly on time. Throughout the whole order the company kept me up to date on the status and location of the parcel, which was very reassuring and gave me a sense of control. I also received a lot of help with organising delivery to another country. Great service — I definitely recommend it!

I am very grateful to Nowy Wzrok for they’ve been providing my daughter with ophthalmologic care throughout several years. The night lenses helped to stop the process of sight worsening. Though some responsibility is needed from a patient to take good care of the lenses, the result is worth it - perfect sight during daytime, and no myopia progress for years. Doctors are very professional, kind and caring, and the choice of available solutions is wide as well. Would highly recommend!

A month and a half ago I had my vision corrected. I am beyond happy. It is as if I live in a new world. How comfortable it is to live with 100% vision. The clinic is full of real professionals. I had a good impression from the very start of communication, long before I decided to use this particular clinic. In the chat they answered all my questions — even the ones that may have seemed silly to medical staff but were important to me as a patient. As I do not speak Polish, I was interested in being able to consult staff in Ukrainian, Russian or English. It turned out that the clinic has two Russian-speaking employees who explained in detail every stage and every necessary step. Since I do not live in Poland, the whole thing took 2 days. At midday on Thursday I had the examination, in the evening the vision correction itself, and on Friday morning a follow-up check. My bus from Gdańsk was on Saturday morning. But in the night from Friday to Saturday I hit my right eye hard in my sleep. In the morning I quickly contacted a member of staff and explained my situation. Even though it was their day off, they gave up their time and arranged a meeting with the doctor. That is what I call patient focus! Thank you very much to all the clinic staff for my new vision!
Полтора месяца назад сделала коррекцию зрения. Счастью нет предела. Словно живу в новом мире. Как же комфортно жить со 100% зрением. Клиника настоящих профессионалов. Приятные впечатления с самого начала коммуникации ещё задолго до того, как решилась воспользоваться услугами именно этой клиники. В чате мне ответили на все интересующие меня вопросы. Даже, возможно, самые нелепые, как для медиков, но такие важные для меня, как для клиента. Так как я не владею польским, то меня интересовала возможность консультации с сотрудниками на украинском, либо русском, либо английском языках. В этой клинике оказалось два русскоязычных сотрудника, которые детально поясняли каждый этап и каждое необходимое действие. Так как я не проживаю в Польше, на всё про всё понадобилось 2 дня. В обед четверга провели обследование, вечером саму коррекцию зрения, а на утро пятницы - контрольный осмотр. Мой автобус из Гданьска был утром в субботу. Но в ночь с пятницы на субботу я очень ударилась во сне правым глазом. Утром я оперативно связалась с сотрудником клиники, пояснила свою ситуацию. Не смотря на то, что у них выходной день, они потратили своё время и организовали встречу с доктором. Вот так клиентоориентированность! Спасибо большое всем сотрудникам клиники за новое зрение!

Orthokeratology lenses have FDA and CE certificates and are designed to be worn at night. At the fitting we show you how to look after them, and at follow-up visits we check your cornea.
The qualifying examination costs 350 PLN, a pair of lenses — from 2,600 to 3,400 PLN, depending on the model. Follow-up visits in the first month are free, later they cost 250 PLN. You can pay in 0% instalments, and students, families of our patients and EURO26 card holders get 100 PLN off a pair of lenses. Prices valid from 1 September 2026.
Work out your start cost with a discountUsually after 3–5 nights, at the latest after 10. Then you see clearly all day, sometimes even longer.

A child’s prescription may still be changing. Laser correction is performed on adults, whose prescription has stopped changing.
Yes. Orthokeratology lenses are also intended for adults; there is no upper age limit.
Yes: during the day you do not need glasses or contact lenses, so nothing fogs up or shifts in a protective mask, a visor or goggles. At work and at training you see clearly without glasses.
